My first pop-up, it was cool

So I decided to try a pop-up for my candles, and I went with Little Mountain. It was pretty easy, actually. I got a spot at one of their Local Brand Showcases. The team there walked me through everything, like where to set up my table and stuff. It felt pretty chill, not stressful at all for a newbie like me. Met some other cool makers too. Definitely thinking about doing another one in the summer.

Good value, minor snag

I utilized their Retail Consulting for a new product launch. The initial consultation was thorough and informative, giving me some solid strategies to consider. The advice on Visual Merchandising was particularly useful. I felt the overall value for the price was fair, especially compared to some other firms I looked at. My only minor complaint was that getting a follow-up appointment took a bit longer than I expected, about an extra 3 days to confirm. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but a slightly quicker response time would have been ideal. Still, I got good insights that are helping my brand.

Vendor experience was solid

I booked a Pop-Up Space Rental for a weekend craft market. The application process online was straightforward, and I got confirmation quickly. Delivery of the setup details was timely, and the instructions were clear. On-site, the staff was helpful with load-in and making sure my spot was good to go. My only real observation was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty at times, which made processing some card payments a little slow. Otherwise, the foot traffic was good, and I felt it was a well-organized event. It helped my small business get good exposure.

Always a good experience

Another successful event with Little Mountain Shop. I used their Pop-Up Shop Management for my winter collection, same as last year. The setup was smooth, and the team was just as reliable as my previous experiences. They really do make it easy to focus on sales. It's why I keep coming back.

Used their Venue Curation service. Everything went well. Good communication. Happy with the location they found. Would use again.

looking to do a pop-up in early summer, anyone know if they have locations outside of vancouver? i'm in seattle.

R Ryan 2 months ago
i think they're pretty much Vancouver-based only. their whole thing is local support there.

afaik, all their pop-ups are in the Vancouver area. you'd have to physically go there or work something out directly, but their main focus is BC.
